OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100). 13.Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Orange County, California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.

14.General

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that provision. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any terms of sale, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site.
